The Full Federal Court of Australia ruled that Block Earner’s crypto product does not require a financial license. ASIC had claimed that the Block Earner ’Earner’ product was a regulated financial instrument, but the court overturned this decision. The ruling sets a precedent for crypto regulation under Australian law and ASIC was ordered to pay legal costs.
